I recently re-watched a show...

Image of show: Twinkling Watermelon

This is probably at the top of my list, a comfort show that feels like a warm cup of tea at times and a cold breeze at others.

At its core, this is about life, about the utter depths of misery, but also about how to live life, the cherished moments in between.

Misery doesn't wait, and it's not upon anyone to save the one under its spell. When the time comes, it hits all, one of those 'whatever has to happen will happen' situations. What we can control is how to rise from that misfortune. How to live for those moments of love and laughter, the times of happiness.

This glimpse comes straight out with the show's motto: Viva La Vida! This is for anyone willing and wanting to find comfort in friendships, your parents, siblings, those people that are chance encounters and of course, in love.

Here you'll realise that your parents were also 'you' at some point, and maybe that stranger you bumped into randomly, who taught you a bit about life unintentionally, may just stick in your mind a long time!
